Wild Tor sits on a gentle spur north of Hangingstone Hill, with sprawling granite outcrops resembling a natural castle. A notable feature is the 'TP' inscription on a solitary rock to the east, along with a Logan Stone. The tor offers fine views across the moor and is best approached from the north via Cosdon Hill. It's a fine, isolated spot with distinctive horizontal jointings in the granite.
