Saddle Tor is a prominent tor situated by the road, featuring two main granite masses separated by short grass. It is popular with rock climbers, especially on the western pile, which has huge towers of rock and a sheer north face. The tor is visible from Hemsworthy (White) Gate and offers commanding views over the surrounding moorland.
