Pil Tor is a granite tor on the eastern edge of Dartmoor, just a short distance from Top Tor. It is known for its distinctive avenue-like structure, with two main ridges of rock marked by pronounced horizontal joints. A rock-basin has formed on the summit, and there are traces of a prehistoric reave-wall connecting the ridges. The tor is a popular spot for walkers, offering good views across the moor.
