Ingra Tor is a classic example of a Dartmoor tor, located on a spur with several jointed granite outcrops. The disused Princetown Railway track loops around the north, west and south sides of the tor. It offers great views westward and sits near Ingra Tor quarry, which has steep sides. The tor's history includes Ice Age weathering and quarrying activity.
