Honeybag Tor sits at the end of a long ridge of tors, offering fine views to Haytor and Hound Tor, as well as along the valley to Widecombe. The tor is marked by large granite outcrops that spill down from the hilltop, with the best approach along the ridge from the B3387 direction. A steep climb from the west is possible, but not for the faint-hearted.
