Happy Belly Bakery

Happy Belly Bakery is a small family-run sourdough bakery based at the Duchy Square Centre in Princetown. It is run by a husband-and-wife team who hand-shape every loaf and work a slow four-day fermentation, baking until the crust crackles.

Everything is baked by hand using traditional slow fermentation. The couple came to it through their own experience of living with IBS and finding fermented foods easier to digest, and they source from other local businesses where they can.
