Hameldown Beacon sits on the eastern side of Dartmoor along the Two Moors Way, offering excellent views east towards Haytor and west towards Princetown. It's a popular spot for walkers, with the ridge providing a fairly flat path once reached. The area is well connected to other tors like Hameldown Tor and Grimspound, making it a natural stop on longer walks across the moor.
