Great Trowlesworthy Tor sits on Trowlesworthy Hill, just east of Cadover Bridge. It's a substantial granite rockpile with pink or red granite fragments unique to this area. The slopes show evidence of past quarrying, and nearby Little Trowlesworthy has signs of old mining activity. The tor offers a good view north towards Eylesbarrow and Hen Tor, though the sight of Lee Moor clay works slightly detracts from the scene.
